- BIOGRAPHYHideki Yamakawa
HIDEKI YAMAKAWA
Hideki Yamakawa was born in Saitama japan in 1991.
and He moved to Hokkaido at 15 years old to study art .
His first love was oil painting, but he found his calling in the Sculpture Department at Sapporo

highschool as an art teacher for one year before going to Canada. He lives in the Edmonton
region and he is working in Royden Mills' studio now.

aproach to the metaphors and conotations that are available in the meaning implide by thought
about space.

work ethic. His work has been well exhibited in Japan including the prestigeous Gallery
